Any information you supply us via this form will be used solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a meeting and provide a quotation for ISO support.
We will not sell, lease or distribute your personal information to third parties under any circumstances. We will only release your personal information to a third party if we have your explicit consent or are required by law to do so. Your personal information will be deleted from our systems when deemed it is no longer needed or upon your request.
You may also request details of personal information which we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by contacting us via our enquiry form. Please note, by ticking the ‘opt in’ box and using this form to send your personal information, you consent to the above policy.

Our cookie statement
We use Google Analytics first-party tracking cookies to collect anonymous traffic data about your use of this website. This information is stored by Google and subject to their privacy policy. Google Analytics collects information such as pages you visit on this site, the browser/operating system you use as well as the time spent viewing pages.
The purpose of this information is to monitor traffic through the site, in order to help us improve the site for future visitors. Whilst your exact location and IP address may be known by Google, it is unknown by ADL Consultancy Ltd. This results in us only being aware of your general location and, therefore, the cookies currently used contain no personal identifiable information.

You may request details of the personal information we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulation, and you may ask us to delete it. The notice above says requests are made through our enquiry form, and that route still works — you can also email us directly.
For general enquiries, write to customerservices@adlconsultancy.com. Enquiries sent through the website form reach admin@adlconsultancy.com. Either will reach a person. You can also call us on 01279 293007, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
The text above is ADL's own, recovered in full from the old website. These four things are not in it, and are not anywhere else in the old site or its database either. A published privacy policy would normally state them.
Needed from ADL: the registered office address of ADL Consultancy Ltd; the company registration number; the ICO registration number, if the company is registered as a data controller; and how long enquiry data is actually kept — the notice says only “when deemed it is no longer needed”.
Also worth checking: this statement describes Google Analytics on the old WordPress site. Since the move to Squarespace in September 2026 the cookies set by the site may have changed, so the statement should be confirmed before it is published. The Google link recorded in the original is http://www.google.com/privacy.html, which now redirects — it is reproduced as written, and ADL may want to update it to the current address.
